Hello everybody!.

I am Jelmer, currently 18 years old and I live in Holland.
I've got my MT50 for about 2 years now, and I've had a few set-ups.

I started with this:
70cc DMP
20mm Mikuni
Luhao exhaust
4- speed
14-42



The gearbox was being kinda annoying, so I had to replace it with a 5-speed that came with the extra parts when I bought the moped.

After a few weeks on MT5.nl somebody said he had a 70cc Polini tuned for sale.
Me being quite a speedfreak but never had any cash, gladly accepted the offer.

A few days after that, somebody else offered me a 70cc Homoet Racing for a few euro's, Modified for MT already, but really needed a respray.

Then the paint on my moped was getting a little bit worse with the day.


So...
Respray time, During the build up process another person offered me a second-hand HPI Race igntion from 2009. I thought: This would completely finish my Set-up, so I bought it.

Stuff done with the respray
- Frame, rearfender, Front fork coated.
- Redid the rims (New spokes!)
- Mounted this set-up:
70cc Polini tuned
21mm Dell'Ortho
HPI '09
Homoet Special Racing
5-speed gearbox
Original airfilter with derestricted rubbers.

This went like a madman. Pulling from 9500 rpm till 15500.

That set-up didn't last so long because of a wrong piston...
However, I've had an offer for a MB8 engine with an 110cc Zeta and HPI '08 and 24mm Oko.

That thing was just plain awesomness. Pulling from 30km/h till 110km/h in 5th gear.

But that one also had a wrong piston, still glad I've seen it in time. So the cylinder is in perfect shape, however, it's nearly impossible to get a piston for it.

I needed a new cylinder... I stumbled across a 110cc Malossi, wich was in good shape, but no piston, Those are still obtainable everywhere.
Good choice for that.

The owner of the mopedshop I always buy my parts offered me to create a custommade cylinderhead. I was really happy with that, and gladly accepted the offer.

But that didn't go fast enough, and the rearaxle kept on flexing.
Oh yeah: Brakes are not to reliable above 115km/h...

110cc Malossi tuned (done by a guy with a magic touch, got 32bhp out of a malossi before)
28mm Stage-6 D-Slide Black Edition.
6 speed MBX with MTX-R "wals" so it shifts normally
HPI 2009
CR80 exhaust (Maybe a custom later on)
Customtuned Cylinderhead.
Malossi VL5
Twin-Air Foamfilter.

For the exterior:
Derbi Rims and rearfork
Aprilia USD Frontfork.

Let's check how that should look like:
